Sign in to start your day in PharmaERP, and sign out with the green button to end it. For staff, both also record your working hours on the punch card.
Who | Everyone with a PharmaERP account |
Where | The PharmaERP web address your company gave you |
You need | An active account (your work e-mail and a password) from your administrator |
Sign in
Type your work e-mail in Email ID.
Type your password in Password. Select the eye icon to check what you typed.
Select Login / Punch-In, or press Enter.
Result: The dashboard opens. On weekdays, your start time is recorded on your punch card.
If a red message appears, find it in Messages and what to do.
Forgot your password
You can’t reset your password yourself. Your administrator sets a new one for you.
Ask your administrator for a new password.
Sign in with it as usual.
The sign-in page has a Reset button under “Forgot password?”. In this version it doesn’t send an e-mail. (To confirm on the demo: the wording here has changed.)
Signed out while working
Your sign-in ends after 30 minutes without activity, or when your administrator ends it or changes your password. You’ll see the message Signed out the next time you select something that saves or loads data.
Copy anything you typed but didn’t save.
Select Sign in again.
Sign in. You return to the page you were on.
Paste your text and save.
Access Denied
You see AccessDenied when your role doesn’t allow the page you opened. The message doesn’t say which right is missing.
Go back to a page you can use.
Tell your administrator which page you tried to open.
After they add the right, sign out with the green button and sign in again. New rights apply only after you sign in again.
Sign out
Save your work.
Select the green sign out / punch-out button at the far right of the top bar.
Result: The sign-in page appears. For staff, your end time is recorded on your punch card.
Use the green button. In this version, Logout in the menu under your picture doesn’t sign you out.

Please enter a valid email address. | Email ID isn’t a full e-mail address | Type the full address |
Invalid email or password. | Wrong e-mail or password, or your account is switched off | Check Caps Lock and try again. Still failing? Ask your administrator |
Too many failed login attempts. Please try again later or contact administrator. | 5 wrong passwords in a row locked your account for 15 minutes | Wait 15 minutes, or ask your administrator |

Time period expired | Your password is right, but it’s outside your working hours | Sign in during your shift, or ask your administrator |

Quick fixes
Problem | Try this |
|---|---|
My password is right but it’s refused | Check Caps Lock and the e-mail. Don’t keep retrying: 5 wrong tries lock you out. Ask your administrator |
I’m locked again right after the 15 minutes | One wrong password re-locks you. Wait again and type carefully, or ask for a new password |
The sign-in page keeps coming back | Sign in again. If it happens again right after signing in, tell your administrator the time |
I can’t sign out | Use the green button, not Logout |
I closed the browser without signing out | Your punch closes at 17:00 when you next sign in. Your administrator can correct the time |
Good to know
Closing the browser doesn’t punch you out. Always sign out with the green button, especially on a shared computer.
Nothing is recorded on weekends. Signing in on Saturday or Sunday doesn’t record a start time.
You can be signed in on two browsers. Sign out on each one.
“Unauthorised location” and “Time period expired” mean your password was right. The problem is where or when you’re signing in.
If your administrator ends your session or changes your password, you’re signed out on every browser at your next action.
Known limitations in this version
Forgot password doesn’t send a reset e-mail.
Logout in the menu under your picture, and in the phone menu, doesn’t sign you out.
For administrators: help someone who can’t sign in
Ask for the exact message and the time it appeared.
Open Login Security and find their attempt. It shows why it was refused.
Fix the cause:
Wrong password or locked account: set a new password in Members.
Account switched off: activate it in Members.
“Unauthorised location” or “Time period expired”: check their office location and shift in Members, Access Locations and Access Shifts.
Access Denied: add the page right in Roles.
Ask them to sign out with the green button and sign in again.
Location and shift are checked only at sign-in. A shift with no working days set refuses everyone. Overnight shifts count past midnight.
