Set up access for a new person
Do these in order.
In Members, create the account with a role and a password.
In Roles, check that the role has the pages the person needs.
If sign-in is limited to the office, link the person to an office in Access Locations.
If sign-in is limited to working hours, check the office’s shift in Access Shifts.
If the person works with customers or suppliers they don’t own, add them in User Assignment.
Ask the person to sign in and open their pages. If something fails, see Sign-in and access problems.
Result: The person can sign in and open every page their work needs.
